Don't hold your breath on same as to George W Bush or Dick Cheney or any in the Bush regime. Including members of Congress and others, in and out of Government at time and since. Especially with the some 72%plus support for abandoning the missions and those sent to accomplish so extremely quickly after 9/11, blame the next Executive Admin while blanking out the criminal acts, everything else and that it even existed, supported previously. We don't do Accountability, we just use that tool in attacking and condemning others not in lockstep, especially the conservative ideologues who readily rubber stamped All policy wants!! Why they, two tax cuts huge for the wealthy and investors in, don't even demand those served Sacrifice as they demand the few who are sent into the war theaters, and their families, do!!
15 May 2016 - ALEX Salmond wants Tony Blair to face international criminal proceedings over Britain's involvement in the Iraq War - if the Chilcot inquiry finds the former British Prime Minister made a secret commitment to US president George Bush to support the invasion. The former Scottish First Minister and current SNP foreign affairs spokesman in Westminster has revealed he intends to reassemble a cross-party parliamentary group that launched a campaign to have Blair impeached ten years ago, in order to make plans for action prior to the publication of Sir John Chilcot's 2.6 million-word Iraq war inquiry report in July.
Salmond played a major role in the impeachment group, formed in the main by Welsh and Scots nationalist MPs before he became First Minister - and at a time when the SNP was a minor party in Westminster with just three MPs. Now the SNP, with 54 MPs, are the UK’s third biggest party.
Salmond - who led SNP MPs in voting against war in Iraq in the House of Commons in 2003 – said he believes the Chilcot Report will reveal that Blair committed Britain to joining the US-led military action in private conversations with Bush, possibly during a 2002 visit to the then president's ranch in Crawford, Texas.
Salmond believes that any prosecution of Blair should be carried out by the International Criminal Court - the tribunal that has jurisdiction to prosecute individuals for international crimes of genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes, and 'crimes of aggression'. read more>>>

The Royal United Services Institute said the UK could face a bill of nearly £65bn, once the cost of long-term care for injured veterans was factored in, with most of the money was spent on the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The study, called Wars in Peace, said both conflicts were largely “strategic failures” for the UK, The Guardian reported."
"And when you add up to the Department of Defense, Department of State, CIA, Veterans Affairs, interest on debt, the number that strikes me the most about how much we're committed financially to these wars and to our current policies is we have spent $250 billion already just on interest payments on the debt we've incurred for the Iraq and Afghan wars." 26 September 2014

Chris Hayes MSNBC: "If you can run a deficit to go to war, you can run a deficit to take care of the people who fought it" In response to Republican opposition to expanding Veterans' benefits on fiscal grounds
Neither of these recent wars have yet been paid for, let alone the results from, including the long ignored or outright denied existence of, till this Administrations Cabinet and Gen Shinseki, only Government branch consistent for the past six years, issues! As well as under deficits most of the, grossly under funded, VA budget is still borrowed thus added, problem creating, costs that shouldn't exist!
