11 Oct 2013 - In a resolution adopted by 286 votes to 180, they said they were frustrated some EU member states were "working alongside" the CIA on secret interrogations.Their resolution singles out the UK, Lithuania, Poland, Italy and nine other countries for their alleged role in the renditions.
It also calls on the British authorities to establish a "human-rights-compliant inquiry" into the alleged rendition, torture and ill-treatment of detainees abroad.
