Will Manning Get Credit from the DoD, War Historians, War Colleges, etc.?

I'm sure that the DoD is quietly Thanking Manning, for some of the released information may be the only records of operations, while under both bushes, and what went on, especially for those in theater and seeking needed veterans care, that they've now got on the record! Historians and war colleges as well:

Bradley Manning apologizes for hurting U.S. on witness stand

August 14, 2013 - Pfc. Bradley Manning took the stand Wednesday at his sentencing hearing in the WikiLeaks case and apologized for hurting his country, pleading with a military judge for a chance to go to college and become a productive citizen.

He addressed the court on a day of often emotional testimony from family members about his troubled childhood and from a psychologist who said Manning felt extreme mental pressure in the "hyper-masculine" military because of his gender-identity disorder — his feeling that he was a woman trapped in a man's body.

"I am sorry that my actions hurt people. I'm sorry that they hurt the United States," he said as he began.

Army Says War Records Gap Is Real, Launches Recovery Effort

These present wars have yet to be paid for! Rubber stamping and rapid deficits rising started before 9/11 and continued with same for the wars. But especially in the early some six years of extremely little being added to the Veterans Administration budgets by those Congresses, and since obstructed by same war rubber stampers, as to the long term results of War, DeJa-Vu all over again.
