Reverse the decision to grant immunity to George W Bush and the members of his administration who planned the Iraq War

We ask the Obama administration to reverse its decision to grant Westfall immunity to George W Bush. The Bush administration committed serious war crimes and needs to be brought to justice in a court of law. The Obama Administration should be aiding the plaintiffs in this case, not trying to obstruct justice. Instruct Attorney General Holder to reverse this decision immediately.

Italian Court Upholds CIA Convictions on Renditions

Italy upholds rendition convictions for 23 Americans

The 23 Americans were all convicted in absentia following a trial that lasted over three years. The verdict paves the way for the Italian government to seek redress and could put the Americans at risk of arrest if they travel to Europe.

"It went badly. It went very badly," lawyer Alessia Sorgato told the Associated Press. "Now they will ask for extradition." read more>>>
