In 2003 some 72% of Americans fully supported the Abandoning of the Missions and those Sent to Accomplish so extremely Quickly after 9/11!!

At least some 95%, if not more as less then 1% serve them, not only still support the, just below, total lack of Sacrifice, they ran from any and all Accountability and left everything still on the table to be continually used if the political/military want was still in play in future executive/legislative wants!!

Our lions can roar,

but why didn't they bite?

25th May 2011 - How brave are our soldiers? It seems a silly question given the courage of our troops in Afghanistan.

Yet you have to wonder when you consider the recently released letter from Major-General Michael Laurie to the Iraq Inquiry.

This effectively accuses Tony Blair and Alastair Campbell of lying about the ‘dodgy dossier’. No great surprise there. But the question remains: why didn’t those who understood at the time not resign or at least threaten to?

According to the indignant Laurie, a senior figure in the Defence Intelligence Staff, Campbell had wrongly claimed to the inquiry that the dossier was ‘not to make a case for war’. Yes, it was, says Laurie.

Did the dossier provide a false picture of the intelligence, the committee asked. ‘Yes, yes, yes,’ he said.

Moreover, his colleague, Air Chief Marshal Joe French, had more than doubts, according to Laurie.

‘We knew at the time that the precise purpose of the dossier was to make a case for war, rather than setting out the available intelligence . . . which could not find the planes, missiles or equipment relating to Weapons of Mass Destruction.’ {continued}
